ISO: Recipes for Solid Flavor Injectors

I need some recipe ideas to use with the Solid Flavor Injectors. The ones that show injecting whole garlic cloves, dried fruits and also cream fillings into desserts. I have found the ones for marinades, but need the solids now. Thanks!!
