Thanks sooo much for all your info. Its funny, I work at Whole Foods. I checked in their prepared foods dept., and they just sell a turkey gravy. I have never tried their jarred gravies, but thanks for the tip, now I will try it.
The recipe you sent sounds like just what I was looking for.
