Help. Butterhorns, won't they collapse???

Misc.

BV/AR posted what looks like a wonderful Butterhorn recipe on December 6; however, I'm really concerned that the rising time (5 hours) is way too long and the dough would probably collapse. My experience tells me it would take an hour to thaw and another hour, at the most, to rise. I want to make these for Saturday for our family Christmas gathering. Please, ANYONE, give me your thoughts. Thanks:-) Linda J. (SC)
