Jazz Party Ideas for teachers

Misc.

I will be planning a staff appreciation luncheon for K-5 teachers soon. We transform the library into a theme, this year it is New Orleans Jazz. The food won't be a problem, but creating the atmoshere and party favors is stumping me. A little bit of Mardi Gras is ok but it's not really the theme. Any ideas?
