BAKED FISH
1 pound fish fillets
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise or mayonnaise of choice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper, optional
Paprika
Rinse fish and pat dry. Lay fish in an oblong baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.
In a small dish combine remaining ingredients except paprika, mixing well. Spread mayonnaise mixture over fillets. Marinate 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
Sprinkle fish with paprika and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
DOC'S NOTES:
This is light and easily digested. Great replacement for red meat. Some drugs make you lose your taste for red meat.
