Knob Hill Chicken: The menu says it is marinated in fruit juices for
up to 48 hours. It is grilled and covered with ham and Monterrey cheese is melted on top. I really would like to know the recipe for the marinade because I believe it is also used for one of their steak marinades. Thanks
