Recipe: Ziti and Tuna Bake (microwave)

ZITI AND TUNA BAKE

6 ounces ziti pasta, cooked and drained
1 jar (15 ounces) spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 can (9 ounces) Starkist Tuna, drained and broken into chunks
1/2 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
1 cup shredded low fat mozzarella cheese
chopped fresh parsley

In large bowl, toss together cooked pasta, spaghetti sauce, tuna, olives and 1/2 of the mozzarella, Transfer mixture to a 10x6x2-inch microwavable casserole.

Cover with waxed paper; mircocook on HIGH power for 9 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn every 3 minutes.

Sprinkle remaining cheese over casserole. Let stand, covered, 2 minutes to melt cheese.

Sprinkle with parsley.
