Recipe: A1 Cocktail Meatballs (Right off the bottle)

2 lbs ground chuck
1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
20 oz. A1 steak sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, parmesan, and egg. Make into small meatballs. Brown in skillet.
Mix A1, brown sugar, and butter in pan and simmer 10 minutes. Turn off sauce heat and fold in sour cream.
Pour sauce over meatballs in crock pot.
Makes about 80 small meatballs
