Recipe: One Great Pumpkin Spread (pumpkin-shaped, using cream cheese and salsa, make ahead)

"Here's a treat that is sure to please both boys and ghouls this Halloween. Shape into a pumpkin - add a gherkin on top for an edible stem. For more fun, "carve" a spooky face."
1 envelope McCormick Chili Seasoning Mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons salsa
5 drops McCormick Yellow Food Color
2 drops McCormick Red Food Color
1 whole gherkin pickle (for decorating)
Combine 1 package Chili Seasoning Mix, cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, salsa and food coloring; mix well. Shape into a ball. Cover and chill until firm, about 2 hours.
Shape into a pumpkin shape. Decorate with 1 whole gherkin pickle for the stem.
