Recipe: Weight Watchers Hazelnut Coffee Shake (blender)
BeveragesHAZELNUT COFFEE SHAKE
1/2 cup low-fat milk (1%)
1/2 cup sugar-free vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt
1/4 cup brewed hazelnut coffee, chilled
3 ice cubes
1/2 teaspoon superfine sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Combine all the ingredients in a blender; puree until smooth.
Pour into a tall, chilled glass; sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if you like.
Makes 1 serving
Per serving: 157 calories, 1 g Total Fat, 1 g Saturated Fat 5 mg Cholesterol, 116 mg Sodium, 31 g Total Carbohydrate, 0 g Dietary Fiber, 8 g Protein, 286 mg Calcium.
