Recipe: Cheese Brioche (bread machine)

Breads - Bread Machine
CHEESE BRIOCHE

2 1/4 tsp yeast
2 2/3 cups bread flour
2 1/4 tsp sugar
1/2 tbsp salt
8 tbsp butter
3 eggs
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Put all but cheese in machine in order manufacturer suggests.

Set control for white or light bread and push start.

Add cheese at beep or end of first kneading.
