Recipe(tried): Cheesy Beer and Salsa Dip (crock pot)
Appetizers and SnacksCHEESY BEER AND SALSA DIP
1 (16 oz) jar salsa
4 cups shredded American cheese (1 lb)
2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese (8 oz)
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, cubed
2/3 cup low-carb beer
In a 4 quartt crock pot mix all of the ingredients together .
Cover crock pot and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours or on HIGH for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Serve immediately or keep warm on LOW heat setting for up to 2 hours. Stir just before serving. Serve with vegetables for dipping.
