Recipe: Chicken in Citrus Tomato Sauce (using orange juice and chicken breasts)

1 lb. pasta, uncooked
2 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 lbs.)
1 (26 oz.) jar Ragu Light Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, in 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and brown chicken, turning once.
Stir in pasta sauce and orange juice blended with sugar. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
Serve over hot pasta.
Makes 6 servings
