EASY OVEN NOODLES
8 ounces uncooked noodles (about 5 cups)
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons margarine or salad oil
31/2 cups boiling water
Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
Place noodles in ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole; sprinkle with salt.
Stir margarine into boiling water; pour onto noodles. Push noodles into water with spoon.
Cover and bake until noodles are tender, 35 to 40 minutes.
Makes 4 servings
