FONDANT
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar (plus additional for kneading)
Put the condesed milk and vanilla into the blender container. Cover and mix at Hi Speed. Stop. Push the ingredients down to the blades with a rubber spatula. Add confectioner's sugar and blend at Hi until well mixed. Use the rubber spatula whenever necessary to help the ingredients move down to the blades.
Empty through the bottom of the container onto waxed paper on which a little confectioners' sugar has been sprinkled. Knead gently with hands until smooth.
Divide into parts if desired. Add coloring. Flavor with wintergreen, peppermint or cinnamon. Shape into patties and let set on waxed paper.
