Recipe: Marshmallow Puffs (with peanut butter and chocolate chips) (microwave)

36 large marshmallows
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
2 tbsp butter
Line a 9-inch square pan with greased foil. Arrange marshmallows in pan.
In a double broiler or microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter at 50% power. Pour and spread over the marshmallow. Chill completely.
Cut between marshmallows.
Makes 3 dozen
