Flat Iron Tenders (a package that when they are split will give each person about 4 of them as they are small.
Honey barbque sauce
soy sauce (2 tbsp)
1 tsp salt

cut flat iron steaks down the fat grain between them cut the thick grissle in middle, par boil in salted water with 2 tbsp soy sauce for.A slow boil for 30 miutes. Drain, coat with honey barbgue sauce(any brand) place on sprayed cookie sheet, and bake at 300 for an hour to bake sauce on meat tenders. Fry or bake fries depending on preference.
