Recipe(tried): Growing a pineapple plant/pineapple

Tips and Tricks - Home and Garden
I, too, planted the top of a pineapple in our sunroom garden a couple of years ago. It has a pineapple about 10 inches long. I am so excited and my grandchildren can't wait to eat it. It has a new pinapple started close under where the first one is and there are 2 new plants growing out of the soil. I knew nothing when I planted it except the plant was a tropical type and needed little water. I have never seen a real pineapple growing so I feel so blessed that one day God gave it a baby and I was so amazed.
