Recipe(tried): Here are some easy ones:

Misc.

I. Celery sticks with cream cheese & peanut butter. Cut celery sticks into 2"- 3" lengths. In a pastry bag, *carefully* spoon 1/2 cup of soft, creamy peanut butter onto the *bottom half* of the bag. Then spoon softened cream cheese (again, 1/2 cup) on the *top half* of the bag. Fit the bag with a star tip, and pipe the two-colored filling onto the celery sticks. You can add a few raisins for decoration if you like.

II. Sugared nuts. Mix 1/4 cup each of sliced almonds and pecan pieces. Toss them in 3 Tb. sugar, and stir constantly over medium heat until sugar melts and nuts are coated. Spoon onto waxed paper, and break into small chunks the size of marbles.

III. Cheese cubes. Take a brick of mild cheddar cheese and dice it into 1/2" cubes. Stick decorative toothpicks into each and serve.
