Recipe: Honey Roasted Cashews (1980's)

HONEY ROASTED CASHEWS
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 (12 ounce) can salted cashews
In a bowl, combine honey, cinnamon and melted butter. Add cashews, and toss to coat. Spread on a jelly roll pan.
Bake in preheated 325 degree F oven for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring at least once. Cool to room temperature.
