DIJON VINAIGRETTE SALAD DRESSING
1 clove garlic
1 tsp chopped fresh dill
1 tsp chopped fresh tarragon
1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 cup olive oil
Drop garlic into food processor, using the chopping blade. Add all remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
Makes 1 1/3 cups
