Recipe(tried): JS Sausage stuffed Banana Peppers

1 jar MIDS brand spaghetti sauce (Tomato, Basil, Mushroom flavor)
8 to 10 Banana Peppers (Or hot wax peppers they are the same)
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese, divided use
1 package Bob Evans mild Italian Sausage (Green Package)
About 4 or 5 round slices of provolone cheese, cut in half
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Pour enough of the sauce on the bottom of shallow baking dish (about 2 to 3 inches deep) to cover it.
Cut ends off of peppers and wash out seeds.
Mix some of the mozzarella cheese in with the sausage. Stuff each pepper with as much sausage as you can fit. Lay the peppers down to cover dish bottom in one layer. Cover peppers with remaining sauce. Crumble up remaining sausage over the sauce.
Cook for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F. Pour some mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Place the provolone cheese over the sauce. Cook for 15 more minutes.
