OMG! My husband and I lived in draper for 2 years and Cafe Rio was one of our fav places to eat and we miss it A LOT! I have been trying to replicate the sweet pork but couldn't...you have now answered my prayers. The only thing that I did differently was add a little cayenne pepper. IT"S PERFECT! for anyone on the search for the closest recipe, this is it!
