Recipe: Rhode Island Wiener Sauce

RHODE ISLAND WIENER SAUCE

1/2 pound ground beef
1 medium-size onion, chopped
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Cinnamon, to taste

In a large frying pan, cook the ground beef and the onion until tender.

Add the tomato sauce, chili powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Add cinnamon to taste.

Makes 5 cups
