Recipe: Potato Salad Stack-Up with Dill Dressing/Sauce (Kraft Miracle Whip, 1980's)

"A gorgeous layered-look salad with a tasty dill dressing."
1 quart (4 cups) chopped cooked potato
2 cups cooked peas
2 cans (6 1/2-oz. each) tuna, drained, flaked
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
3 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
2 cups chopped tomato
2 cups chopped cucumber
Dill Sauce (recipe follows)
Combine potato and peas. Toss tuna with dill weed.
Layer lettuce, potato mixture, tomato, tuna mixture and cucumber in 3 1/2-quart salad bowl. Top with 1 1/2 cups Dill Sauce. Cover; chill.
Serve with remaining Dill Sauce.
DILL SAUCE
1 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped dill pickle
1/4 cup green onion slices
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard Combine ingredients; mix well.
Makes 10 to 12 servings
