Recipe: Dinner in a Mug: Meat Loaf (microwave, serves 1)

DINNER IN A MUG: MEAT LOAF

1/4 lb. lean ground beef
1 slice white bread, torn into small pieces
2 tablespoons milk
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Press into a 10 ounce microwave-safe mug.

Cover with wax paper. Microwave at 70% (Medium-High) 4 to 5 1/2 minutes, or until meat is firm, rotating mug 1/2 turn after half the time. Let stand 2 minutes.

Makes 1 serving
