Recipe: Seafood-Artichoke Pizzas (using refrigerated pizza dough)

SEAFOOD-ARTICHOKE PIZZAS

1 (9 ounce) package frozen artichokes
1 (6 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
2 packages (10 ounce each) refrigerated pizza dough
1 (15 ounce) can Hunt's Ready Tomato Sauce, Original Italian
1 (12 ounce) packages frozen peeled, cooked shrimp
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly grease 2 (12 inch) pizza pans.

Cook artichoke hearts according to package directions. Drain; cool slightly. Cut into bite-size pieces.

Unroll pizza dough and transfer to prepared pizza pans. Press dough out and build up edges slightly. Prick generously with fork.

Bake in 425 degrees oven 10 minutes or until light brown.

Spread Hunts Ready Tomato Sauces Original Italian over hot crusts. Arrange artichoke hearts and shrimp over sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake 5-7 minutes more or until heated through.

Makes 2 (12-inch) pizzas
