Recipe: Sharp Microwave Manuals including Compu Defrost instructions

Hi Judy,

Here is a link to download a pdf of your Sharp Microwave manual (or maybe one similar). I looked at one of their manuals and it did have instructions for Compu Defrost along with a food chart. I hope you find it helpful.
