Taco Dip and chips
1lg. can refried beans
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 small onion chopped
1 pkg.taco seasoning
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 jar tacso sauce, mild
sour cream
lettuce
tomatoe
black olives
spread refried beans on bottom of a 9x13 pa. Brown gr.beef and onion together and spread over top of beans.Sprinkle cheese over gr. beef. Heat this in oven to melt cheese. Add taco sauce, sour cream and add the toppings.serve with nachos
Here is another ....
Five layer mexican dip
2- 9 oz. cans bean did
3 avocados peeled
1 Tb.lemon juice
2 cups sour cream
1 envelope taco seasoning
1cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tomatoes chopped
1/2 cup green onions chopped
1- 2oz. can sliced black olivesdrained
chips
spread bean dip in 9x13 pan. Mash avocados with lemon juice. Combine sour cream with taco seasoning. Layer avocado mixture and sour cream mixture over bean dip. Top with cheese and tomatoes. Sprinkle with green onions and olives. Serve with chips. May subsitute prepared guacamole for the fresh avocadoes. yeild 20-30 servings
