THE TRICK TO MAKING MACARONI SALAD

Have done this many, many times - will never do it anyway else.

Boil macaroni to desired tenderness. Drain, rinse under cold water - then the TRICK:

Place in a bowl of ice water with ice cubes, cover with plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator overnight.

Next day, Drain and rinse. Then continue with your favorite salad recipe. You will see the difference on day TWO. Amazing.
