If you'd like a whole wheat version here's a recipe we have in our files:

Whole Wheat Pita Pockets from The Best Bread Ever

You'll also find several recipes to choose from by search here for the words: pita yeast (one t in pita and adding the word yeast will narrow down the search to the recipes for the bread rather than recipes including pita such as sandwiches)
