Recipe(tried): Yakamein

Main Dishes - Assorted
YAKAMEIN

Get some stew meat, pork chops, chicken, a roast, you can use either one of these meats, or you can use all of the above. You will need to boil your meats until tender boil in a pot of seasoned water with onions, garlic, celery etc. I use a little seasoned salt to salt my water.

Once the meat is tender you need about 4-5 cans of beef stock. Pour it into your pot with about maybe a can of water if all of your water is reduced. Add young green onions tops to cook down a little bit add a little bit of soy sauce for taste.

In the mean time boil your spaghetti and your eggs cut up some green onion tops add some hot sauce to your bowl and enjoy. I will be cooking the same thing tonight!!!!! Enjoy and let me know how u liked it. Dionne
