Recipe(tried): Yakamein Soup

one can broth chicken or beef (chicken preferably)
1 green bell pepper (optional)
two stalks of green onion (one stalk is for garnish)
two boiled eggs (amount depends on how many you will serve--example is just one serving size)
1 bottle of worstershire sauce
1 bottle of soy sauce
1 pound of thinly sliced steak, chicken, pork roast or seafood
Boiled vegetables (any kind you like)(optional)
1 small box of noodles
First heat up broth and add worstershire sauce to desired taste. Have noodles, eggs, and vegetables boiling at the same time. After 30 minutes of watching broth, add your cooked meat and chopped green onion and bell pepper. Start to add vegetables and boiled eggs minutes after. Lastly at boiled noodles, then let cook for 15 more minutes. Serve and Garnish with more green onion on top.
