ISO: American bread machine recipe - maybe with tomatoes and olives

My dad used to make this delicious bread with maybe tomatoes and olives in it. He says he got it out of his American bread machine manual book. He swears it's called calypso bread but I'm not sure if that's correct. If anyone has this book, please send me the recipe. I would love to make this bread after all these years.
