Recipe: Heinz Backyard Barbeque Grill (with Sure Bet Vinaigrette for marinade)

1 cup Heinz Sure Bet Vinaigrette with tarragon (recipe follows)
4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves or beef steaks or pork chops
Place chicken, beef or pork in a non-aluminum container. Add 3/4 cup vinaigrette and marinate in refrigerator: chicken up to two hours, beef and pork four hours or overnight. Set aside 1/4 cup vinaigrette for basting.
Discard marinade. Grill meat while basting with the remaining 1/4 cup vinaigrette.
HEINZ SURE BET VINAIGRETTE
Makes 1 1/2 cups
"Use part of the vinaigrette for this recipe and the rest as a delicious salad dressing."
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup Heinz apple cider or white vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dried dill weed*
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Combine ingredients in jar; shake vigorously. Refrigerate remaining dressing.
*If used with beef, substitute tarragon for dill in the recipe.
Makes 4 servings
