ISO: Baked Enchilada Casserole

Does anyone have a recipe for a baked enchilada casserole? My sister-in-law made
one for us while we were visiting in California a few years ago. I can't find the recipe.
It was very creamy and had chili peppers in it. Thanks, Kathy K.
