ISO: Basic Quiche ingredients

Misc.
Is there a basic ingredient recipe for quiche - I'm looking for the number of eggs, cream, etc, to which I can add the desired other ingredients, like ham/bacon/spinach, etc.

I don't need recipes for quiche, just looking for the basic egg/cream amounts.. thanks
