Recipe: Party Potato Salad (using hard boiled eggs, celery, relish, Heinz recipe, 1990's)

PARTY POTATO SALAD

3 cups cubed cold cooked potatoes
2 hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped
1 cup sliced celery
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup Heinz Sweet Relish
1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tablespoon prepared mustard

Combine all ingredients. Cover; chill several hours to blend flavors.

Makes about 4 cups
