ISO: Chi Chi's Tacos

Does anyone have the recipe for the CHI CHI's hard shell TACOS? I've been going through withdrawel since they closed, and can't seem to get the right combination of cheeses and meat seasoning to get that yummy, greasy concoction I yearn for! I few people out there seem to have the food manuals, so I'm desperately hoping that you'll help me out. THANK YOU!
