PINEAPPLE COOKIES
1 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1 cup crushed pineapple, plus juice
4 cups flour, sifted
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add pineapple with juice and vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients to mixture above. Add nuts. Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes.
