Recipe: Blue Cheese Buttermilk Creamy Dressing (similar to Northwood Inn's)

1 cup Roberts Buttermilk
1 cup Roberts Sour Cream
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Hungarian sweet paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Chill at least 3-4 hours to let flavors meld.
