ISO: Chicken salad with grapes and nuts

Misc.
One of my friends has eaten an incredible chicken salad, it had grapes and nuts (walnuts?) and was in a white mayo (or whip cream?) sauce. I'd really like to try it, and she's desperate for the recipe, can anyone help please? We would both be deep in debt to you! ::::::smiles brightly::::::: Thanks in advance!!
