Recipe(tried): Chicken Salad with Fruit

Salads - Main Dish
I make myself this for lunch. I don't have a recipe really-here's what I do.

I poach a chicken breast (or use left over from grilling) chop it up, mix with it:
red seedless grapes (cut in half)
sliced celery
chopped green bell pepper
pineapple tidbits

Then add (just enough to moisten the chicken mixture well)
fat-free or low-fat mayonnaise
a little sour cream
a squeeze or two of lime juice
Sprinkle with pecans, almonds, or walnuts.

Serve on lettuce with a crusty roll.
