ISO: Egg Yolk Sauce

Many folks are looking for this. There is a long discussion here perhaps under "egg yolk sauce". I've been looking for years and have stopped about given up.

The best I can figure is that it's almost like a mayonnaise, hence the "French Connection". Good luck! Please share if you ever find the recipe and I will do the same.
