ISO: El Chico Vegetables
Misc. I am looking for a recipe for:
El Chico's has a vegetable mix of sliced carrots, onions and jalapenos that you can request as an appetizer. They seem to be marinated or pickled together. They are served cold, without any liquid on them, however - you can tell that they have something on them. They are also served with warm corn tortillas and butter. Most people
that I have seen put butter on the tortilla and then place the vegetables inside, wrap and eat. They are absolutely fabulous, but I wouldn't think that they would be very hard to make!
If anyone has any ideas, I would love to hear from you!
