ISO: hamburger toss pillow pattern ideas

I need to help a friend out and make an toss pillow that looks like a hamburger .... I'm pretty cleaver about these things but thought if anyone out there has done this or has an idea of how it would be easier .... going out to get fabric soon. internet search revieled no help except some pic of some, so I guess in a way that was a help :-) Evidently boys made these in home ec some years ago
any thoughts?
