ISO: kim,baltimore...re: Lemon Blossoms

I did check the recipe against the one in Paula Deen and Friends and it is the same. I have one question...did you use large eggs? and one suggestion...Paula Deen will be making the Lemon Blossoms on her 7:00 a.m. show tomorrow morning; you could watch her and see what consistency the batter should be.

By the way...for all Paula Deen fans, the Food Channel will be running 9 of her episodes tomorrow so if you are not in to all the Super Bowl pre-game TV, that should bring some relief.
