ISO: looking for a yam ball surprise recipe

I am looking for an old recipe that I think was called Yam Ball Surprise. The ingrediants included yams, orange extract and other ingrediants that were mixed together. You wrapped yam mixture around a large marshmallow which made a ball with the marshmellow in the middle.

I can't remember if you rolled it into anything else, but you baked it and they were delicious. They were a perfect holiday dish. When you cut into the ball the marshmellow was melted inside. Yummy! Does anyone have any recipe like that. I have searched and searched.
