ISO: MicroMaster microwave pressure cooker recipes

Misc.
I recently bought a MicroMaster microwave pressure cooker.
It came with 'very few' recipes. Does anyone have recipes, especially for beef. I can never get beef tender enough for my husband. I thought the cooker might help. Thanks!!
