LEMON CILANTRO BUTTER
1 cup Land O Lakes Butter e Light Butter, softened
1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onion
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
In small mixer bowl, beat butter at medium speed until creamy 1 to 2 minutes). Reduce speed to low; add all remaining ingredients. Continue beating until well mixed (2 to 3 minutes).
Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour to enhance flavors.
